For orders placed directly from our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been received. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days after receiving payment. Our cards are boxed with care and our prints are shipped in heavy duty tubes for safe delivery. All domestic and international orders are shipped through Australia Post. We use their registered or express service with tracking capabilities. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order through the Australia Post website here. For our online and wholesale shoppers we accept payment using PayPal. All payments are processed at the point of order. Please ensure all of your contact details are correct when placing an order so we can contact you should there be any issues. All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Online prices may be subject to change without notice.
GST and Taxes
All products on The Adventures Of website include GST. Please note that for international orders The Adventures Of is not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
Please choose your order carefully, once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not provide refunds for change of mind. However in the unlikely event of a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, invoice number, product name and reason for return within 48 hours and we will organise a replacement. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock. In the rare event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 1-2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. The Adventures Of Team will contact you if the product you have selected is not currently in stock.
We cannot guarantee that the colours shown online exactly reflect the colours of the printed material. The colours seen from our website will partly depend on the colour reproduction on your computer screen. Colours may appear different even from monitor to monitor.
